Joseph Edward Duncan Linked to California Murder
Eight years ago, ten-year-old Anthony Martinez was lured into a car with a story about a lost cat by a stranger, and he was later found murdered. Now there is a fingerprint linking his murder to Joseph Edward Duncan, a convicted sex offender who was arrested last month on multiple murders and the kidnapping/molestation of Shasta Groene, 8, and her brother Dylan, 9.
Joseph Edward Duncan III, 42, is linked by a single fingerprint to the scene of the Beaumont boy's killing in 1997, Doyle said. The case will soon be presented to the district attorney for prosecution, the sheriff said."We're pretty confident that he's our suspect," Doyle said.
How many more children have to suffer abject terror, humiliation, torture and death before the law finally does something about such a vile and wicked scum?

I've read part of his blog. This loser wants the world to believe he's the victim!! He won't take resposibility for his actions but rather blames society and desires to "get even". And how does he "get even" with society? By raping and killing little children! Such warped logic and cowardice! This is why I believe in the death penalty. I don't believe he and his ilk can be rehabilitated, and just putting them away for a number of years does not guarantee that they will change, nor a life sentence guarantee that they won't be released. As long as they refuse to accept responsibility for their wrongdoing, they will just continue on raping and killing. And I have family out there!
One businessman wrote a check for $15,000 for Duncan's bail last April, when Duncan was charged with child molestation. Duncan assured him that he was innocent. And I though I was naive! About a month later, Shasta's family was murdered and she was kidnapped and repeatedly molested.
Why did the judge let him go in the first place? When are judges going to be held responsible for releasing monsters such as he? Why is he even allowed to roam the streets in spite of his long history of victimizing children??
How many more Anthonys and Shastas will it take?

They know because he (Duncan)the devil told them.
It was one more way to viciously and with intent to vicitimize the world. As he has stated that, is what he has been watching the prosecution help him do to the jury and the world.
I pray that all the famlies that have fallen victim to this evil doers ways, may heal. Yes, I am aware of the horrible loss here and knowing this, I also know that the only one that can heal their broken hearts and homes is the Lord Jesus Christ and I pray that they will find solace in this.

To Anonymous; apparently there was another witness. Anthony Martinez was snatched out of his own back yard that was adjacent to an alleyway,if my memory serves me well, there was another boy in the back yard with Anthony at the time. Pray for our lawmakers to step up and legislate protection for our children.
